MOIRA DELA TORRE'S BANDMATES, CLOSE FRIENDS COME TO HER DEFENSE AGAINST SONGWRITER LOLITO GO
Pagsisinungaling, pangangaliwa, ghostwriting, at credit-grabbing.
Ilan lamang ang mga ito sa akusasyon ng songwriter na si Lolito Go sa singer-songwriter na si Moira dela Torre.
Nitong Linggo, May 28, 2023, mainit na usap-usapan sa social media ang mahabang post sa Facebook ni Lolito, tungkol sa diumano'y hindi magandang karanasan niya kay Moira.

Ang mga ito ay may kinalaman sa personal na buhay ni Moira, sa hiwalayan nila ng estranged husband niyang si Jason Hernandez, at maging sa kanyang karera bilang singer-songwriter.
Ilan sa rebelasyon ni Lolito ang pag-uusap nila noon ni Moira nang kunin umano siya nitong ghostwriter.

Ibinunyag din ni Lolito ang mga nalalaman niya sa hiwalayan nina Moira at Jason. Sinabi niyang bago pa man umamin si Jason sa kanyang kasalanan, nais na raw kumawala ni Moira sa pagsasama nila dahil nakahanap na umano ito ng iba.

Sa gitna ng mabibigat na paratang ni Lolito kay Moira, marami ang dumepensa sa "Paubaya" singer.
Ilan sa mga ito ang malalapit niyang kaibigan, naging katrabaho, at ang ilan sa kanyang mga kabanda.

Kabilang na rito ang mga kabanda niyang sina Luke Sigua, Timothy Recla, Luis Cortez, Migz Haleco, at mga kaibigang sina Theresa Padin at Ren dela Cruz Cortez.
CREDIT-GRABBING ACCUSATION
Iisa ang nais nilang iparating sa kanilang magkakahiwalay na post sa Facebook: walang katotohanan ang mga akusasyon kay Moira.
Ayon sa drummer na si Luke, naglabas siya ng reaksiyon hindi para palakihin ang isyu, kundi para itama ang maling impormasyong kumakalat patungkol kay Moira, na matagal na panahon na niyang kilala.
Bahagi ng kanyang post: "Moi was never a credit grabber. She spearheaded the Halfway Point project so that the whole band can have a part of the royalties she thought she didn’t deserve to keep for herself.
"How awesome is that? She’s the first to fight for someone when he/she isn’t given the credit he/she is due.
"She finds a way to honor her band in every show even if, technically, we’re just session musicians. She pays us standard rate out of her own pocket.
"She is always there to help us when we need her. She always treats us like family."
Sinang-ayunan ito ni Luis, ang back-up singer at acoustic guitarist ni Moira.
"I can honestly say that Moi is not just a talented musician, but a great friend who continues to work hard and tries her best to even include us, her band, in her musical journey," aniya.
Ayon sa guitarist/producer na si Migz, isa siya sa magpapatunay kung gaano kabuting tao, katrabaho, at kaibigan si Moira.
Lahad niya, "Moi is a great friend. We've had our fair share of misunderstandings but one thing I've appreciated the past year– working at the same time living with her and Sas is how she values the people around her.
"She would go out of her way to make you feel loved, she would send Sas the most random memes almost telling her "Hey, I’m just here" and she would listen to you no matter what she’s going through that day.
"Because that’s just who she is. So, to assassinate the character of a person who is more credible is beyond me.
"Moi has gone through so much in the past year that only a handful of people would know. She doesn’t deserve this. Let her heal, please."
INFIDELITY ACCUSATION
Ayon naman sa audio engineer/ tech guy na si Timothy, hindi totoo ang akusasyon ni Lolito na si Moira ang unang nagloko sa relasyon nila ni Jason.
Sabi niya: "On the topic of the breakup, honestly I've been trying to keep it at arm's length because as we all see, it's very messy.
"What I'm willing to say is that Jason cheated multiple times, which he has admitted to, and that is the bottom line.
"I'm not saying Moi is perfect, and I know they've had their unfair share of disagreements and tribulations, but the line is drawn at cheating, NOT at 'couldn't fulfill his sexual needs.'
"Sorry, I don't make the rules. Don't flip the script and to try to make HIS cheating HER doing.
"By definition, that's gaslighting and victim blaming. Jason is a grown man and can take responsibility for his own actions.
"How she chooses to respond to his cheating is completely up to her, so don't try to write a new symphony where the dissonances suddenly become harmonies.
"It is through the dissonant chords where we also find what's bad for us and what we need to avoid. Sometimes, the symphony of healing sounds like a singular note."
Maging ang personal make-up artist ni Moira na si Theresa ay hindi rin napigilang i-call out si Lolito sa ginawa nitong ingay.
Hindi raw kasi tama na pati ang relasyon ni Moira kay Jason ay inungkat nito at pinaghimasukan.
Sabi niya, "Lolito, sir, kung nagising ka kaninang umaga at naisip mo na lang na may karapatan kang manghimasok sa relasyon nina Jason and Moira, mali ka don.
"Ano nga bang goal mo don sa pinost mo? Did you just say you "pray for their healing" while dissecting their issues in public? And did you really think "This issue can be mended privately"? e ikaw yung nag public post ng napakahaba with your victim blaming, gaslighting, and personal sentiments as if reliable witness ka sa lahat nang nangyari?
"Kung anuman ang nangyari at mangyayari sa kanila, wala ka nang pakeelam don. Wag makisawsaw. Respeto naman sa mga tunay na involved.
"As Moira's personal make-up artist, close friend, and Ate for the past 7 years, I pray you also find it in your heart to test your intentions.
"Hindi perfect si Moi, kami nga din nagkatampuhan nyan. But the test of time has revealed her true character and her heart.
"The surface na nascratch ng iba won’t give justice to who she really is deep down."
Masakit din para sa kaibigan ni Moira na si Ren na mabasa ang mga akusasyong mali at wala naman daw sapat na basehan.
"Moi doesn’t publicly portray to be anything she’s not — because the thoughtful, kind person that you see onstage is the same thoughtful, kind person off it.
"She isn’t perfect, no one is - but she is as raw and real as it gets.
"There were some VERY SERIOUS allegations mentioned in the post that are so far from the truth, it is so painful to read. But it is not my story to tell."
Dagdag pa niya, "So I will choose to post in support of the friend and talented artist I have come to know (who was making hit after hit long before all those collaborations!!!) because her character and musical integrity are being maligned, and entrust the rest to the Almighty God who knows, and sees."
Sa huling ulat ng PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) ay naglabas na ng pahayag si Moira hinggil sa mga paratang sa kanya ni Lolito.
